1) Create .reg a file

1) Run Local Group Policy Editor: Start-> Run-> gpedit.msc (Win + R-> gpedit.msc-> OK).
2) Left in the tree policies to User Configuration->Administrative templates->System->CTRL+ALT+DEL Options.

4) Select Enable and click OK.
5) Reboot the computer.

By default, pictures are accounts in the following folder:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures\Default Pictures
You can put in it your image and it will show up automatically if you change the account picture in “User Accounts”. This image must be in .bmp format and have a size of 128 x 128 pixels.

If you want to speed up the boot process of Windows 7, you can set up automatic login. This feature is made for those situations where the computer is one person. Setting up automatic login, you do not need to enter password each time you boot your operating system.
To configure automatic logon in Windows 7, do the following:

1. Press Win + R on your keyboard (or click run on the Start menu).
2. In the window that opens, type “control userpasswords2” (without quotes) and press Enter.

Method 3
Use the Deep Freeze, or equivalent, this program allows you to freeze the current state of your system. Many users find function for account control (UAC) in Windows 7 to be very useful and not disable it. But sometimes all you want to run the application with elevated privileges, and some applications such as, for example, the Sysinternals Process Explorer or Sysinternals Autoruns is better always run with elevated privileges.
Of course, you can use one of the easiest ways, or constantly clicking notification UAC:

Method 3. Using Far Manager.

1) Download Far Manager and install it.
2) Login as another user with administrator privileges
3) Run Far Manager
4) Find your user profile.

6) In the Properties folder, select the desired permissions and owner.
7) Create the source section of the symbolic link to the new folder (Alt-F6).

The size of images cannot exceed 256 KB.

Many system folders and files owner having permission to record/delete is TrustedInstaller group. Of course you can set yourself if you’re an administrator on the computer, but this can cause problems at work. For example, if you change the owner of the winsxs folder to access it and do not return the TrustedInstaller rights back, some programs may not start.
If you removed it from the groups and users in the Properties folder (file) on the Security tab, then to return back to the TrustedInstaller group as the owner you should do the following:

1) Right click the folder (file) and then click Properties.
2) Click the Security tab and click Advanced.

4) Click on Other users or groups… into the text box type NT SERVICE\TrustedInstaller and click OK.

Also you need to add a group to the list of groups and TrustedInstaller users who have access to the folder (file).

To reset the password for the administrator account (or create new) without using additional software, you will need a Windows 7 installation disc or system repair disc or LiveCD with Windows PE.

Part 1 – Configuring Startup command line before the Windows logon screen.

1) Boot to the Windows 7 installation disc or with recovery disc.
2) Open the command prompt, System Restore-> Next->Command prompt.

10) remove the installation disc or system repair disc, close the registry editor and the command line, click Reboot in the restore options.

Part 2 – create a new password or a new administrator account.

Create a new password.

1) Continue regular input in Windows 7 and before logging on you will see a command prompt window.

Create a new account.
